Was served the most stale waffle c9ne known to man. Had no flavor and had that stale texture. Zero crunch. Told the person at the window said they "were out" BS.
There is no excuse for service this poor. A young man very polite but very unfamiliar on how to make a milkshake was waiting on me and my husband my husband told him what flavor of ice cream he wanted and he started getting the wrong flavor we ordered a large milkshake. He put 3 very small scoops into the cup. Then filled it up with milk and then had to be told what flavor of ice cream again because he did not make enough the 1st time for a large milkshake.The whole time this young man was struggling. Ok normally I have no bad words but tonight is the exception! As we pulled into the parking spot right outside the doors at 9pm. The young man behind the counter "Jackson" threw the towel down on the counter in plain sight of customers "us". This is in no way shape or form good customer service from the employee working. I placed an order via Uber Eats. The store took my order. Informed the driver it was ready for pickup. Once the driver arrived he was told they did not have the flavor of ice cream I requested . I then canceled my order as they did not have what I requested. I had to fight with Uber eats for a refund because I canceled. The store knew they did not have that flavor and should have never accepted the order.
I'm not sure how an ice cream store is out of toppings and ice cream. Summer is your Christmas season& y'all should be prepared for the influx of sales however you're not. Management needs to step their game up.
