I'm not sure how an ice cream store is out of toppings and ice cream. Summer is your Christmas season& y'all should be prepared for the influx of sales however you're not. Management needs to step their game up.
If you are an ice cream parlor, and you don’t have spoons, I can’t give you anything but a 1 star.
I was trying to order and take 20 min to call me they don't have ice cream ....
Ordered a milk shake…. Not a glass of milk. If you want a good milk shake don’t go to baskin robins. Literally taste like sweet milk no ice cream texture at all worst milk shake I’ve had in a long time not to mention there expensive just go to a Chick-fil-A.
The only thing going for this place is that their ice cream is good. Don’t waste your time ordering through DoorDash unless you don’t mind your order getting effed up. Most of their flavors aren’t available (and they won’t update it on the DoorDash app), and even some toppings aren’t available. You’ll get something completely different, or no toppings at all.
