We're in a small milkshake. The person didn't mix it very well. And then didn't scoop out the bottom. So I had a runny milkshake that wasn't full, but I paid full price, not happy. I don't think the newer generation cares anymore

UPDATE: 6/25/25 went to pick up my sons cake. The design was right, BUT the happy birthday writing is HORRIBLE!!! 🤬 It's a complete mess! I paid a lot for this mess! I couldn't stay because I had to be back at the house by 12:15! It doesn't even look nice! First and Last time getting a cake from these people! A 🤬 waste of money! SMH! Went there on the 31st for the 31st deal, I always miss it, they don't honor this. So we paid full price because we were already there. I don't know what it was, but the ice cream didn't taste right, it wasn't very good. I wouldn't go back because well obviously because the ice cream wasn't even good.
This location might as well close down. I had a digital gift card, sent to me by Baskin Robbins and the guy working there couldn't get it to work so I wasn't able to use it. He also didn't care and was completely apathetic to everything going on. I'm not going back. I can make my own banana splits with Blue Bell and it'll be better. The freezer with pre-packaged ice cream had 2 left. That's pathetic, it should be full.
