This location might as well close down. I had a digital gift card, sent to me by Baskin Robbins and the guy working there couldn't get it to work so I wasn't able to use it. He also didn't care and was completely apathetic to everything going on. I'm not going back. I can make my own banana splits with Blue Bell and it'll be better. The freezer with pre-packaged ice cream had 2 left. That's pathetic, it should be full.
So DISAPPOINTED! The people working here are great! The problems are ... 1. You do not have everything in stock. 2. The scoops given for the cups are extremely small and they aren't even a full scoop. 3. The poor lady couldn't scoop some of the ice cream, so I had to ask my autistic son to get a different flavor. 4. The staff definitely needs for figure out what all the rewards are. 5. I ordered a cake for my 67th Birthday chocolate chocolate chocolate. They messed it up. Then do not answer the phone to complain.....
I took my family here for ice cream, and everyone decided they wanted a waffle cone. They only had the display waffle cone and were completely out of regular waffle cones. The clueless young woman behind the counter told me, " we are completely out of waffle cones, and it would take me 45 minutes to make another batch." Since they moved in with Dunkin', I've been very disappointed. Went today and they only had a few ice cream flavors available. Second time that has happened to us. They never have any birthday cakes available either which is a bummer since this used to be my go-to cake place. Huge bummer :(
