Do not order a cake from here! You will regret giving them your time and money. Go somewhere else. I ordered a cake on 9/12 to be picked up at 10 am on 9/21. They had 9 days to figure out how to have it ready at 10 am today. I showed up a couple minutes before 10 and had to wait around for 30 minutes for a cranky lady to show up and give me the cake out of the back of her junky looking SUV. Visited the Canton location last night and Hailey was incredible! Professional, friendly, funny, and welcoming. We love Baskin Robbins and this was the best milkshakes we have ever had! Although we went in, the young lady working drive-thru was professional and welcoming to every customer, even in -5 degree temp! Great job to both of them!
Ordered a cake for my dad from a different state . When my mom went to pick up, they had trouble finding the cake and did not give her the candles I paid extra for. I called asking for a refund to be told by the assistant manager(female working at 748 on September 25th) that I would have to go into the store for that. I then asked for her name, to which she replied, "I don't know why you need that information."
