baskin robbins website says they are open till 9pm, at 8pm on 3/12 the lights and drive thru all showing open but we were told they were closed and had to go elsewhere. update hours or stay open.
I ordered their Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup layered sundae. This is what they gave me… It could not be further from the product advertised on the Baskin-Robins website. It looks like basically plain ice cream with hot fudge mixed in. When I asked them if this was the item, they said yes, that is the Reese’s PB layered sundae. For $7.50, I expect something that at the very least looks like the image on the website! I will be taking my business to the DQ down the street, where at least their desserts look like the display.
My friend and I got two milkshake (med) 16.05 more milk then ice cream had to put in freezer to make it more like a milkshake Customer service was crap david stands up will never go back !
