how do i clearly and accurately describe how truly terrible this baskin robbins is? i wouldn't even use the word "mediocre" because that would praise. i mean awful. i have too many terrible stories about this place. Employees always have nasty attitudes every time. with out fail. ( i tried to give the benefit of the doubt the first few times like maybe it was a rough day? no. not EVERY day) the hot fudge is never actually hot. no waffle cones and when there is, they're stale.
