I placed an order for a birthday cake at this location, as i had done before. The day came to pick up the cake, but there was no cake waiting for me, no explanation, no apology, no discount. I was left to choose whatever they had on the shelf and the employee wasn't even experienced to write a simple "Happy Birthday" on the shelf cake. I was utterly disappointed and have not been back since, nor do i plan on it.
In the past two years I have gone here at least six time to get a hot fudge sundae. They have signs posted for hot fudge, but they never seem to have any.
