EDITED TO ADD: BROOOO, can I rate NEGATIVE STARS?!? Tell me why I just got off the phone with the “online” portion of Baskin Robbins for them to tell me that YES THE LOCATION CAN REFUND MY MONEY!!! Very rude staff. I ordered online and received an entirely different order. When I told her, she only started to yell at me, saying, “You buy online, go and fix online.” This is the second time that the same lady has yelled at me. Plus, when I explained that to a different staff…, this lady came screaming at me… putting her face close to mine.
The clerks working here are extremely rude. They sell melted ice cream that is unsellable, and the cooling system is very poorly managed. Clerks often yell at customers and are extremely rude. I love Baskin Robbins, but I will never visit this store.
I ordered a chocolate ice cream, but they gave it to me completely melted. When I went inside the store to let them know, the staff pointed their finger at me and yelled, telling me to leave. I have never experienced such rude behavior at a Baskin Robbins in my life. It was such a terrible experience that I will never visit this location again.
