I ordered a cake from them and the ice cream sandwiches on top were already melted when handed to me. Do not recommend and will not be ordering again.
Called at 10:14 to ask how long a custom polar pizza would take, they said 30 minutes but that they couldn’t start until i paid for it. Anything else i tried to say she would interrupt to repeat they cant start until i paid for it. I came to the store a couple hours later and the only person who can make polar pizzas wasn’t there. The employees were amazing and got in contact with the person who said no one mentioned a polar pizza to her and she left at 11. If I could give it a negative star I would! Ice cream was slimy, didn't have more than 6 flavors, was told not to get the cone because they had been sitting for months and were stale, But then was charged .20 cents for a cup. They didn't even have spoons to eat the ice cream with in the cup I had no choice to get (comes were stale) so I had to use a fork! I paid over $10 for a single scoop and a small mocha blast.
