Called at 10:14 to ask how long a custom polar pizza would take, they said 30 minutes but that they couldn’t start until i paid for it. Anything else i tried to say she would interrupt to repeat they cant start until i paid for it. I came to the store a couple hours later and the only person who can make polar pizzas wasn’t there. If I could give it a negative star I would! Ice cream was slimy, didn't have more than 6 flavors, was told not to get the cone because they had been sitting for months and were stale, But then was charged .20 cents for a cup. They didn't even have spoons to eat the ice cream with in the cup I had no choice to get (comes were stale) so I had to use a fork! I paid over $10 for a single scoop and a small mocha blast. Your cake decorator( who I found out is a store manager) has a nasty attitude, and needs to fix it, my husband ordered a cake for my birthday, y'all put a piece of paper on it because your printer was down, I guess that's fine, but at least call before you put the piece of paper on, saying hey we have an issue with such and such, is it okay if we do this, not just do it , but he had an issue with that, because it made the cake not edible, he wanted a refund, she started screaming at him, and threatened to get her husband inv... read more
