worker girl was a very very rude..with no reason she talked rudely and shouted..very disappointing..
The ice creams might be decent, but the service is absolutely terrible. The two girls working there clearly couldn't care less about the customers. Completely unprofessional, rude, and shockingly careless. It felt like we were bothering them just by walking in. Honestly, the horrible service ruined the whole experience. Never coming back.
Just stopped in on a whim, didn't expect it to be busy for this time of year at 8:30pm, but there were a few cars in the drive-thru & 5 customers inside ahead of my son and I... and only one employee was working! This would normally be a recipe for disaster, but this young man didn't complain and went above and beyond to provide exemplary service. The kid deserves a raise, if not, at least some help. Worth the wait regardless.
Best DD ever! Employees are great! The place is clean and so is the bathroom! Thanks to the employee of the year who clocked in before her schedule to get me a coffee while others were busy! You are the best!
