Here's what you get when you order a coffee drink from Dunkin, when I asked about light ice they told me no, they said they've been told they have to fill the cup with that much ice. If they did light ice I would only get 1/2 a cup of a drink. Starbucks will do 1/2 ice even no ice with a drink. You pay $5.00 for a cup of ice. Are all dunkins instructed to do this or is it a franchise owner? I will investigate and follow-up. This is the fifth time I’ve been to this location and also the fifth time they haven’t had the flavor of ice cream I ordered available.
Reminds me of being a kid everytime I come here.
Was waiting in a line and the lady blew us off for the drive thru once she waited on the 3 people in front of us! Then we ordered the sausage egg and cheese croissant and it literally had zero taste! Felt like I had ordered off a bland menu!!! I would not suggest the sandwich and the service is lack luster at best!
