Was delicious but asked for a cookie dough milkshake and got a cookies and cream but everything was still amazing
On vacation went to Baskin & Robbins at about 8pm. Walked in & there was no.one in the store. There were 4 employees working. I stood in front of the icecream counter & the employees walked by at least 12 times. Not one time did any of the 4 acknowledge me. Again I'm the only person in the store. There were no signs stating you had to order and pay for ice cream at the Dunkin’ Donuts counter. I found this out after waiting for some time at the Ice cream counter until I was asked for my receipt. So I place my order at the DD counter not having a clue how to place the order because the menu for ice cream is back at the other counter. When I place an order for 5 scoops, they ring me up for only 3 (I had my 3 kids with me at the time and I had no clue how much anything was).
