TLDR: Ordered in December, they did not have it. Told to call corporate for refund, corporate told me it was the franchise responsibility. Took over a month to get a response. Told that corporate has the money and franchise could not refund it. Franchisee directly paid me for the item, I was not issued a refund. Update (2/11/2026): I called the Baskin-Robbins franchise consultant who wanted to know what actions I wanted taken, which was a full refund. It's like they don't want my business. I walk in, see 4 workers, no one acknowledges me at any time. I stand there looking stupid for a while. Meanwhile, I look up to see horrendous amounts of black dust covering the ceiling, air vents, etc. The workers are laughing and talking and having a great old time. I left, and I don't think they even noticed. Now, I patronize Bruster's in St Mary's.... its WAY better all around: cost, flavor, and definitely service!!
Walked into the ice cream/donut shop ready to purchase two cups of ice cream. There were five girls working. I was the only customer. They were busy chatting about everything but work. No one asked to help me. After several minutes another customer came in and was quickly serviced at the donut counter. I looked at the girls, shook my head any walked out. On a positive note, they saved me five hundred calories. Not the way to run a business.
We haven't had a problem 😕. Food hot. Ice cream delicious. Customer Service wonderful.
Service is awful. When riding online, they will affirm your order, even though they do not have what you want in stock. They mess up the order and will argue with you instead of giving you a refund. If you want their ice cream, just look at whatever is in the freezer and that’s it. Do not recommend.
