I tried this location since the tornado had did damage to it. I wish I had went to the other location. The ice cream cake decoration was AWFUL and I told the lady that before I left. Nothing was offered as far as a discount. When I got home to celebrate my son's birthday, the cake was AWFUL, too. It tasted old. My son didn't even finish eating his slice and I didn't either. I read through the reviews to see if it was a bad that went on, no these people are rude and very unprofessional. I came into the store they did not speak and didn't feel the need to stop a conversation to help me. I had to ask the one clerk to wash her hands, she didn't appreciate that and said something under her breath, I asked her what she said, her reply was nothing. All my fault because I paid but my son tried not to cry because it was so bad to not hurt my feelings. I called to see if they had any of their oreo cakes in the freezer like most BR's do and she said yes. Had the size I needed so no request for a cake was made. She even wrote Happy Birthday on it....however I had no clue she was not the baker apparently and was left to do things on her own. Ordered from Uber eats and they were out of 2 flavors. I asked them to refund the missing flavors and leave them out but they refused and would not let the drivers leave unless I gave a substitution. They wouldn’t even leave them out without giving a refund.
