Went to get ice cream with my family and it was an unpleasant experience! Appeared as though all of the ice cream was melting. Cones were broken. Shakes were dilute and disgusting. I asked for a single scoop in a cone and instead they gave me ice cream in a cup and stabbed the cone on top of it!!!! They refused to sell a kid scoop in a waffle bowl. When we expressed our concerns, the staff made excuses as though this was all normal. Very disappointed. Will not be going here again for sure.
place was dirty and all the ice cream was melting and soupy. also had random ice chunks in it
Nice young man waited on us but the ice cream portions were very small and ice cream was melting when we got it.
Staff super friendly! Wish this location had better parking or a drive through. Ice cream seemed crystallized, so a little disappointed on that point. Ordered hot fudge sundae, got chocolate syrup. Meh.
