No waffle cones...3rd baskin Robbins we've been to this week and no waffle cones, excuse being the shift before them didnt do their job, well this shift wasn't doing their job either. Service was awful, they were cleaning rather than preparing our order, I'm so disappointed. Not impressed.
No malts.
I ordered an ice cream cake for New Year's Eve and they lost it. The baker left no way or record for the employees to know of the cake. This was stressful! The second person I talked to found it. However, The cake wasn't the design that I ordered. The cake was stale and had bubble gum ice cream instead of cotton candy ice cream. They also added random punctuations to my customization on top. I ended up just throwing it away. Nobody would have more than a couple of bites.
