Rudest service. One girl tried to charge me the price for two scopes of ice creams when I only asked for one and threatened to call the police while clearly she was at the wrong. Insane.
Great experience at the Baskin-Robbins in Hacienda Heights! The staff were friendly, the service was quick, and the ice cream was delicious. Everything was clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a great place for a sweet treat. Highly recommend!
Horrible customer service.
Service absolutely sucks.I was late to a party and they didn't even say sorry. They opened 10 minutes late.I think you should not go there.
