I ordered 2 icecream pies on the 10th of December 2025. I picked them up on the 12th, I paid 60 bucks for them. One was a mud pie that tasted like soap, and the other was a grasshopper pie that was made wrong, the grasshopper pie is supposed the have an oreo pie crust, and it has a gram cracker crust. This location has the worst customer service. I have only been in a handful of times because this is a consistent behavior. No one greets you when you arrive, you are ignored until you initiate conversation, the staff lack basic professionalism. Skip this location and grab your treats and coffee elsewhere!

I came here today and I was disappointed by the service the last time I came here they had no ice cream even though it’s an ice cream shop…. Today when I came here the lady at the ice cream gave us a single scoop and it was the smallest single scoop I have ever seen in my life like im talking smaller than a kids size…. Next when I got my flavor I said cookie dough and she gave me oreo and my sister asked for rainbow sherbet and she gave us wild and reckless my visit wasn’t pleasant
