We waited for 15 minutes to order a single scoop of ice cream. The employees made order after order for the drive through, and after watching her make the 3rd order, we asked if we need to drive through in order to place an order for ice cream. She said no, and continued to fill another drive through coffee order. We waited another 5 minutes and finally left. The inside of the store was completely empty except for us.

Very disappointed. Didn’t have any toppings for the banana split that was ordered but failed to say anything before it was delivered to my house. Also it must of slipped their mind that there was a total separate ice cream on the order. What got delivered to me was a naked banana split , no banana and the separate single scoop that was also ordered on top of the naked split. Who are we kidding this was no split. I ordered 2 icecream pies on the 10th of December 2025. I picked them up on the 12th, I paid 60 bucks for them. One was a mud pie that tasted like soap, and the other was a grasshopper pie that was made wrong, the grasshopper pie is supposed the have an oreo pie crust, and it has a gram cracker crust. The store refuses to do anything about it, I'm not happy at all. Don't shops here! Horrible customer service! This location has the worst customer service. I have only been in a handful of times because this is a consistent behavior. No one greets you when you arrive, you are ignored until you initiate conversation, the staff lack basic professionalism. Skip this location and grab your treats and coffee elsewhere!
