On 5/2/2021 at 4:55pm, my family came to get ice cream before they closed. First time being there, ever. Customer service was awful, they made my mother’s ice cream cone and left it at the end of the counter without saying a word to her. My 12 year old brother had gotten a milkshake, and they handed him his shake without saying a word. And as they made their items, the closers only spoke amongst themselves, nobody even said anything to us. Mind blown by how rude they were. Do better, seriously.

4-14-21 bad customer sevice! I was patiently waiting for her to finish Assisting customer in front of me when she's done she ignored me and help the people that was behind me...
One of the women working 09-23-20 at 3pm spoke very disrespectfully to me in front of my children all because I didn’t know you had to pick a specific flavor for what I wanted. Even my husband was shocked by how rude she came off. Customer service wasn’t great but the ice cream was good.
Service is fast and friendly!
