If baskin robbins is no longer apart of the store then it shouldn’t be advertised online or on the sign outside.
Pull up to the drive through someone answers to talk my order. Order an ice cream and then told they are short staffed so Baskins robins is closed today. This spot on Route 40 Joppatown has the worst service and never have anything you order. There is not one customer in the building or in the drive through line. This doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
"We're not doing ice cream right now," the cashier said.
We got a dozen free donuts with our milkshakes
Absolutely terrible experience and awful customer service. I went into the drive thru at 8:40 PM to order ice cream and got told that they closed at 9:00 PM. When I pointed out that it's 20 minutes to close and I'm just ordering ice cream, I was told that Baskin apparently closes at 8:30 but Dunkin is open until 9. So you mean you're unwillingly to scoop ice cream, but you're happy to sell me stale donuts that you're minutes away from literally throwing out? This place is a joke.
