There was no one at the front when I walked in. Fine. A lady walked behind the counter, looked at me, then walked to the back. I picked my cake and then waited at the counter for a good 5+ minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. And she was rude. Not upset, just disappointed. Do better. Why are you sitting in the back? SMH
Was craving ice cream and found this on Google maps. Stopped in to give it a try. Not a bad experience. They just have a limited selection on ice cream available. My friend wanted love potion number nine and they did not have it available except in the to go cartons. The staff was friendly. It's satisfied out craving.
We ordered 2 parfaits online When we went to pick it up they said they were Out of Reese’s. We then decided to order an Oreo and cookie dough as replacement. They said they were out of all of that too. I then just asked for a rewind to which they said they couldn’t! I then asked for a manager or corporate number so I can get my refund.
