Came to Baskin Robbins and this location was extremely disappointing. The store was absolutely filthy. Nothing was labeled, several items were out of stock, and the ice cream tasted old and freezer-burned. The counters looked like they hadn’t been wiped in a long time. I also asked for a two-scoop sundae, and they had no toppings at all but still charged full price. It completely ruined my craving for ice cream. Very unhappy with this experience. I gave one star because I have in order to post.
NO ICE CREAM! Freezers not working. No frozen cakes either. Only serving Dunkin Donuts orders.
Order was lost. Lindsey was kind enough to make one at the last minute, but it looked horrible.
