NO ICE CREAM! Freezers not working. No frozen cakes either. Only serving Dunkin Donuts orders.
Order was lost. Lindsey was kind enough to make one at the last minute, but it looked horrible.
Ordered cake online, paid for it, and went to pick up 48 hrs later and they said they didn’t make it bc baker did not show up… did not bother to call or tell me this so now I have no cake for my party tonight. Really disappointed with this location.
Worst Baskin Robbin's location ever. Been to this location at least 8 times since it opened, over several months time, and they are consistently out of so many classic ice cream flavors. They are always out of waffle cones and have terrible service. Do not recommend.
