I normally get a warm brownie ice cream sundae with two scoops and the last time I went the ice cream scoops were literally kid scoop. The brownie was definitely not warmed up . I went back and instead of offering to remake or a refund . The worker claimed she warmed up the brownie and that the scoop measurements were what they’ve always been when I always order the same thing and the scoops have definitely been bigger. Came today and no joke employee left sign (will be back shortly, thank you for your patience) if your business hours say open there should be someone more than one person to help cover the other.
If I could do zero out of ten I would, do they even train these kids anymore? I ordered the exact same thing yesterday for $7.61. Today it was $10.67......for the exact same order. I tried to hand the lady this receipt (because it just happened to be on my car seat) and she said "it's $10.67" Same flavors same cone. I'm in the service industry and completely understand the bad ratings.
