very long wait for order.
Horrible customer service, waited approximately 15 min for 3 blended coffee drinks. They didnt have ingredients to make any sort of smoothie. Mind you this is around 430 in the afternoon. No options given to address that issue. Girl at wondow acted as if we were a hassle for even being there. Ive had 2 prior bad experiences at this location. This was the last chance. Will not spend another dime at this location.
I was in the drive-through waiting to place my order people walked up and they were able to start placing their order before me and I was told to wait five more minutes before I could place my order. I drove off. Such poor customer service! Two people in the kiosk, and apparently only one can take drive-through orders. The gentleman that was assigned to drive-through poor customer service! I will never return.
Waited for 20 min to get asked for my order. 2 cars in front of me left or I would have. Crazy bad customer service!!!!! Won't last long operating like that. THEN out of hot fudge, out of carmel
