Clearly need more staffing and Training as well As proper Baskin-Robbins supplies paid C$12 versus the Actual layered sundae that I got in the US as seen with a pink spoon in hand I asked a refund and didn’t get it probably won’t be coming back as much as I love chocolate chip cookie dough, ice cream I’ll find it elsewhere or drive across the border
I don’t know who’s in charge of this place but he need to be better…starting with the pin location of the map that takes you to McDonalds instead of the outlet mall and as a delivery driver you’ll lose your mind dealing with this place.
