It’s the only baskin Robbins in the city. And they don’t have their most common famous flavour chocolate chip prepack ever on them. I live like an hour away and sometimes workers are kind to do prepack, but mostly most of them don’t care. Like whoever is the manager order needs to be ordering prepacka for chocolate chip.
The lady working there she is so rude and doesn't care about the customer i waited 14 mins and then she came to me for the order there were only 1 customer before me and it was not even busy she was doing her different work. After even I gave her order she was busy with different work not even making my order so please whoever is manager is please hire someone to help her.
I came to visit the store and saw the shutters were closed. I thought maybe the staff would have gone on a short break or something but waited exactly 35 minutes but nobody came back. No signs on the shutters either. Online hours show store is open until 9 pm same as the mall hours. Very disappointed as it is the only BR in the city.
Horrible customer service. The girl who waited on me doesn’t even know the product offering. I went yesterday Oct 18 around 7:30-8:00 last night. She was very abrupt and rude. It appeared that she doesn’t even want to be there.
Ice crystals in ice cream indicate that it was not stored in proper conditions. Also, slow service
