The best Father's Day ice cream cake ever! We returned to get one for the 4th of July as well !
Management need help, there always out of things. I feel bad for people that go in there, some of them are on the phones, or in the back when people walk in, there ice cram is always freezer burnt, and I got a whole chunck of ice in my cappuccino blast.
If I could give a 0 I would! MOST of the kids that work there are GREAT! They have good attitudes and have dealt with some unruly younger customers rather well. Now.. management, could learn a few things from the teens. Management you can do better.
Poorly managed!
Been coming to this B-R for about 2 months now and every Saturday night. Some experiences thru the drive thru well being shut down at 9:15pm when you close at 10pm hmmm. But I drive there instead of going to Braums or Sonic within blocks of our house. The fact is B-R is REAL ICECREAM period. The service has always been friendly and even when the order was wrong they ALWAYS made it right. The customer is king here!
