Worst Baskin Robbins I’ve ever been to. Would give infinite negative stars even😒 The lady at the counter was beyond rude and acted like I was bothering her just by asking a simple question. She overcharged me, gave me the tiniest scoop I’ve ever seen, and when I asked why it was so small she gave me attitude and said, “that’s one scoop.” Excuse me?? I came across a few other reviews, and I must say my experience was equally disappointing and degrading. It saddens me to say this as an Indian myself, but the Indian girl working there was extremely rude. I asked for two scoops of different flavored ice cream, but she showed no patience to listen to my request and repeatedly frowned and rolled her eyes at me. Rude staff, especially the Indian girl working there. It’s really upsetting and unprofessional
Worst service ever, Sunday 6:35 pm and they denied the service, because it was almost time to close , 7 pm. Bad service, bad advertising
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Very expensive and still charged for a wooden spoon after I had bought an $11 ice cream. Also Ice cream tasted worse than the other locations.
