I had a disappointing experience at Baskin-Robbins. The staff member (a lady with short hair) was busy on a phone call when I approached to place my order. While I was still deciding on the flavour, she became visibly impatient and spoke to me in a rude tone. This kind of behavior is not what I expect from Baskin-Robbins, where customer service is usually friendly. it affects the overall experience.
