Consistently struggles in service. Poor customer service for online orders. Closed up to 30 minutes before posted closing on multiple occasions. Workers who do not take pride in their work.

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter on June 20 and specifically ordered what was advertised as a “half sheet” cake. Like most customers, I assumed a half sheet cake would be the standard half sheet size that virtually every bakery in America uses. I came 20 minutes before 10pm and the doors were locked. The lights were on. I went around to the drive through and tried to order a sundae but they said no because they closed in 10 minutes. At that time, it was 9:43. I told her it was 17 minutes politely but she didn't change her mind. I didn't get my sundae.

If I could do negative stars, I would. I had an Uber driver claim they didn't have the right flavors we'd requested and picked up 4 random flavors when we only ordered 2. I called the location to clarify what happened and check the flavors. I called, no answer. I called again, no answer. Just ring ring ring, and no one ever answers. Why bother having a phone number listing and not having the courtesy to at least ask us to hold?

No way this can be real Life!!! The lady behind the counter was serving my ice cream & let out a wet one 🤢 likeee WTH Then her wig that was falling off from the side was all up in my ice cream!!! It smells like Newport 🤦…. This place won’t be open much longer
