Just left the store in cedar Hill and the worker refuse to serve my wife and daughter tonight. He said they were out of cups and could not use anything else to serve them . FIRE YMTHAT WORKER!!!
I just went into this store like 3 minutes ago to try and ask if they were hiring and buy a few drinks and there were two people behind the counter and neither of them acknowledged me or said a single thing to me while I stood there for nearly five minutes. I would understand if it was busy or only one person but there was only 3 other people in one group.
This is the worst store for both ice cream and donuts I have ever been in. Empty donut cases, out of many different toppings for ice cream and the service is the worst. I have tried it several times hoping it would get better, but after last night I decided to write a review and call the corporate office. There were two people behind the counter and when we walked in one of the servers took off for the back and never came out again. I ordered a banana split and they 100% disregarded my entire order. They used the flavor ice cream they wanted, they even put nuts that Im allergic to and have to carry an epi pen for on top. I didn't notice until my tongue began to itch. I’ve literally never experienced anything like it.
Always out of something place is poorly managed
