not the cleanist of the baskin robbins I've been in. And the owner is a stickler for pricing. I was told I could use a $2 off coupon for $10 and he simply would not let me use it because my purchase was $9.99. We love ice cream and frequent ice cream places however we will NOT return to this place because of the above experience.
