So Excited to get a baskin Robbin’s in Lufkin, in my big truck guess I missed the speaker ( which I read in the low ratings dosent work anyways) trying to maneuver the small concrete barriers . Got to window ordered 1 scoop of ice cream, black girl rudley states they are not alllowed to sell things thru the window, I would have to go back thru line and order.. Been eating Baskin Robbin’s my entire life life, have never had a problem. Not 1 car in the parking lot?

The server was so patient as we made our choices
Disappointing. No hot fudge and the mint chocolate chip ice cream was icy
