This place never has waffle cones never expect to get one is. it's run by kids who don't care.. save your time and money
If I could I would put negative stars. Every time me and my family come here they never have ANYTHING! ANYTHING! No ice cream no cones not nothing like how are y’all even still open
I had a very disappointing experience at the Katy store. I ordered a quart, and without any explanation that only one scoop selection was available, I was charged $24 for a 5-scoop serving. Additionally, since there was no proper lid available, they merely wrapped my order. When I canceled the order, the female employee (possibly named Kayley) immediately discarded it into the trash. I found this behavior extremely rude and unprofessional, and I believe their service needs significant improvement.
