Staff was super friendly, and store was clean! Bathroom was clean also. Definitely should try the Grahammy, flavor was delicious!!
There was a man with long hair and a woman with blue hair and facial piercings that both were very rude to me and my family when we ordered and proceeded to stare and mean mug us while were in the car and staring hard. All in all this is one baskin and dunkin robins you should avoid especially if these two are on the clock together.
So, I should’ve read the reviews before placing a birthday cake order, but I assumed Baskin-Robbins could at least do the one thing they’re known for. Like many others, the cake I ordered and pre-paid was not ready at the requested time, nor was it ready 2 hours later. The store employee yelled at my husband (and then at me when I called in), blaming the issue on us for making the choice to order from BR. (Seriously!)
