Great ice cream treats!
This chain has a decent selection of flavors, although several overlap and the 31 isn't as varied as it used to be. Central location in town, closer to the south end of campus than the walkable downtown district. The store layout is a poor choice although I'm not sure if the building was built to spec or they retrofitted it for their use. Posters over the window give it zero ambiance and a claustrophobic feeling. Service was decent and the place was clean.
