Zero stars. The absolute worst ice cream. Flavorless and old. Visible freezer burn on many flavors.Terrible customer service.
I guess I should have checked out the reviews before I went here! I picked up a cake for my birthday, only to get home to have a rock-hard (and yes we let it sit out before cutting it), freezer-burned cake. The bottom layer had the flavor of cardboard. I contacted their customer service online and was contacted by someone who was absolutely no help. Ordered a cake online got a confirmation email went to pick up and they said they couldn’t do it. This was for my wife’s 30th birthday so not happy they ruined it.
I see a lot of people don't like this place. I had no issues. Ordered two sundaes on DoorDash. Got two sundaes exactly how I ordered them. The Reese's ice cream and Jamoca Almond Fudge combo is top tier. The Oreo with Chocolate fudge is also pretty great.
Worst experience ever. Dudes refused to listen and didnt even speak english
