Owned by the dots. Will not refund money when they ordered the wrong cake. Place is filthy. No way this place will pass a health inspection. I hope this place closes forever.
This place is the worst!! I stopped in for my free scoop for my birthday. We could not bring it up on the app, so the employee refused me. I offered to show him my license to prove my birthday. He said there was nothing he could do. I asked for the managers contact and he said they weren't there and I could look it up on my own. Customer service contacted me and asked for a receipt....un believable!!
Door dashed from here and they messed up half my order. Ordered a BROWNIE sundae and didn't get a brownie???
Ordered an ice cream cake with personal message for a birthday. I prepaid credit card. I came 6 hours after the time the email confirmation said it would be ready. It wasn't ready. The employee looked for it, called someone and yelled at them in the back room. He comes back to the front and grabs a cake that wasn't the flavor I ordered out of the " grab and go freezer" and hands it to me with zero explanation nor any discount or apology.
