Horrible customer service! Hardly any ice cream was available for purchase and I was told that the clerk had way too many orders to fill before she could help me…it would be a minute. Two other staff walked out but didn’t speak and seemed disinterested in providing service. I left! It’s 90-plus degrees outside…why aren’t yall in place and ready to serve?! The store has been open for hours! Management needs to handle store operations!
She Said She was The Manager With A BAD Attitude Treating Customers Like Trash
Ordered via online. Went to go pick up today (4 days later) older lady was short worded, rude and extremely unprofessional at the drive-thru pick up. Insisted we come inside for our "Uber eats" delivery (again it was an online order for pick up) refused to look at my husband and speak once inside. After she finally finished with the milkshake she was making, she tossed the bag at my husband and walked off to thr back. Wasn't even our order. Ordered online 2 scoops. When I showed up they said they're out of both flavors. I tried to substitute 6 other flavors just to be told they're out of those as well. They had 5 flavors in stock. There's a reason this location has a one star review. Useless. 31 flavors my 🫏
