Ordered the flower ice cream cake to feed 8-12 people and was able to get 9 decent, evenly cut pieces. The cake was stale cardboard and the ice cream was just alright. The icing was greasy and gross. The price was awful. Never again.
We went around 8:40. They had flavors in every spot. They had the 4 flavors we were after. The service was efficient and friendly. I do think that the store needs some better care from the staff. Simple things like name tags for the different flavors. I counted 7 tubs with no label showing the flavor. Most of the tubs need their sides scraped. That should be ongoing throughout the day. Luckily he’s five and wasn’t super concerned but…that was a $50 cake
Went on my birthday to treat myself and asked cashier(Jennifer) if the store does anything for people who has birthdays, and Jennifer said, " I don't think so". So I then said, Oh because it is my birthday. So I paid for my 30 something dollar cake( chocolate chip ice cream, chocolate cake on the bottom) and looked on the app and it said free scoop of ice cream. We'll, I left. I guess it was just a LACK of communication.
Disappointed - every ice cream flavor I asked for they were out. Finally settled on strawberry and asked for a waffle bowl which they were also out. The cone tasted five days old—super stale. Asked for napkins… they didn’t have any.
