Ordered via online. Went to go pick up today (4 days later) older lady was short worded, rude and extremely unprofessional at the drive-thru pick up. Insisted we come inside for our "Uber eats" delivery (again it was an online order for pick up) refused to look at my husband and speak once inside. After she finally finished with the milkshake she was making, she tossed the bag at my husband and walked off to thr back. Wasn't even our order. Ordered online 2 scoops. When I showed up they said they're out of both flavors. I tried to substitute 6 other flavors just to be told they're out of those as well. They had 5 flavors in stock. There's a reason this location has a one star review. Useless. 31 flavors my 🫏
Absolutely terrible. Ordered a banana split. And all I got was chocolate and vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce on it. Don’t know if they don’t care or are just incompetent. Either way they didn’t even care to make it correctly. This place is trash
Horrible service. They always claim to be out of items. Worst Baskin Robbins I’ve ever been to. Hands down
