Horrible service. They always claim to be out of items. Worst Baskin Robbins I’ve ever been to. Hands down
Hmmm….That was something!! 2 items took upwards of 20 mins. I even got my shake spilled on me when I was handed through the window! No apology or napkins. I am confused on what just happened. Buyers beware!!
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. When I asked for a second to check my phone for the drink order, the drive-through employee yelled at me for “taking too long.” I ended up with the wrong order and missing items. I was also told to go to the next window, but when I did, the staff got upset as if it were my fault. Completely unprofessional behavior. After working 16H in the ER I shouldn’t have to tolerate this. Very disappointed.
