The girls working today messed my order up and literally scrapped off topping etc and handed back to me. Then when I asked to remake it was worse First time with a bad experience here.
Would not recommend ordering a custom cake at this location as it just seemed to be issue after issue. We ordered their spider-man cake with chocolate cake & cookie monster ice cream early on Aug. 21st with a scheduled pick up for Saturday the 23rd at 11am. We received a call later that day, stating they did not have the Spider-man kit but could either do free hand or place a few figurines.
