Try to order ice cream at Erie Islands travel Plaza, westbound. Banana split on the menu was said to be unavailable, but they could still make us the three scoops of ice cream with all the other toppings of a banana split if we wanted. We said we would do that, but then they go and try to charge us 8.59 for three scoops instead of 6.49 for a banana split that should not have even been on the menu if they couldn’t make it. Baskin Robbins, apparently, it opens up @ 11 AM when it shows they should be open @ 7 AM. Employees refuse line of customers and me @ 10am
7:30pm and Baskin-Robbins closed. Ladys not too happy working there.
I stopped at this rest stop specifically for the ice cream. It says it’s open till 9pm and I went in at 7:30pm. The girl on the Dunkin’ side said nothing to me while I stood there for a while till I noticed the register said closed. I went and asked her if that said was closed and she said yes. Like either update your hours or stay open.
I had three workers including the manager walk by me and wouldn’t acknowledge my presence. When I got the manager’s attention she said there isn’t enough people working but neither she nor her workers even bothered to help assist me. The other two walked to the back and started talking to each other. smh
