Cleary not open when supposed to be open says open till 9 but at 8 it is closed and then when you stand like an idiot for 15 min waiting on someone to help you and they just try to avoid eye contact so they don't have to wait on you we just gave up and left

11/ 5/2025 3 young ladies from evening shift are very rude
Try to order ice cream at Erie Islands travel Plaza, westbound. Banana split on the menu was said to be unavailable, but they could still make us the three scoops of ice cream with all the other toppings of a banana split if we wanted. We said we would do that, but then they go and try to charge us 8.59 for three scoops instead of 6.49 for a banana split that should not have even been on the menu if they couldn’t make it.
