Accepted our online order for two items. Drove to the location only to be told that they didn't have any of the items we ordered, despite the website confirming they did. Staff member apologized and offered a refund and said to go to a "real" BR instead of a combination.
They had half of their flavors pulled over an hour before closing. I went in with my mom. Her first choice they didn’t have (although the flavor tag was still up). Then I ordered, and the flavor I wanted was empty. But they still had the bin and name tag on display. Then I ordered a different one. When they went to scoop it was drop a different flavored bin (according to the name tags) so I spoke up so I’d get the correct flavor. Rude staff very unpleasant and mean attitude
The pictures speaks for itself. I got my drinks not even all the way to the top. Greedy people.
Ordered ahead for pickup and was told they had none of the flavors. They were not able to give me a refund and told me I had to contact customer support.
