Should be a 0 stars, this location is out of all ice cream, machines broken, no hot fudge, and the employees didn't seem to care. They need better management maybe corporate should do a better job when hiring managers. Especially when it comes to keeping itrms stocked up. OH yea, no spoons, either. SMH, I expect better from a major chain, I'd rather drive to Dairy Queen which is not even close to my house at least I know it be worth the drive to get good service than go back to this establishment any time.

When this location first opened we loved going there. Staff was friendly and they had so many ice cream choices. Over the past few months, it is progressively getting worse and worse. They are constantly out of items. The ice cream selection today was close to non existent. Very disappointing. After the last 3 to 5 attempts to have a great experience there, and being disappointed, we won’t be going back.

Always out of everything, which isn't noted online when placing my order for delivery. This has been ongoing for months. Obviously the manager doesn't seem to care with i mere 1.2 review score no changes being made.

Always out of ingredients to make sundaes. Then proceeds to only offer the icecream scoops and then be out of the icecream requests.

I agree with all the responses. Twice I came here and the two kids working the evening don't know the menu from what a hand packed and pre packed quarts are. They are also out of ice creams, spoons, etc. I visited Saturday at 8:30pm and was told delivery comes on Monday. Obviously the manager or owner does not know how to place orders to last all week. They don't train their employees right. They tried to give me hand packed ice cream in regular cups. No thank you. I don't think I can give this location another chance. I've ... read more
