I ordered a triple scoop through DoorDash and they gave me a scoop of rocky road with nuts. I’m allergic to almonds. Thank god I moved my spoon around because I saw the marshmallows and started questioning why anything I ordered would have that. You could have literally killed someone.
0 stars would be a more accurate rating. Been 4 times and they never have the flavors we ask for. Manager needs to be shown how to up the numbers when they put an order in for product.
I give up. This location is simply terrible and the owner seems disinterested in improving. Three visits over many months and each time they didn’t have spoons. I mean, you only need to stock one utensil. Also I have never seen so many empty buckets. Bizarre B&R location for sure. The reviews on this place are spot on.
It should be zero stars. We have try giving this location multiple chances. I live 5 min away and was originally very excited for them to open. Unfortunately today was my last visit after giving them months and multiple opportunities to redeem themselves. The Owner and Manager need to do better this is the worst Baskin Robbins in the area and probably San Antonio. Friendly staff, prompt service, lots of choices. I got an ice cream flight and was very pleased. Will definitely be back for a sweet treat!
