This girl had an attitude to why we were even there. She didn't want to take my order and made a face when I wanted to add milk shakes. So I cancelled my order and left. I came here for father's day and ended up leaving. Horrible customer service.

BAD EXPERIENCE !!!!!! I just moved here and was excited that there not only was a Baskin Robbins very close to me, but it has a drive-thru! I was skeptical coming here because I saw all the bad reviews but decided to give them a chance. Super disappointed! I get to the window and I'm told they are out of most of their ice-cream, only had about 5 choices (none that I would eat). I was told they should have a shipment coming tomorrow! Seriously??? Ordered off of uber eats. One scoop was not even the flavor I ordered. On the other bowl of ice cream I ordered three scoops, was charged for three scoops, but only one scoop was put in the bowl. I was charged for sprinkles & other candies, but neither was put. This place is really going down.
