I tried leaving no stars but wasn’t able so they get 1 to inaccurately boost their rating. I have never experienced such consistent terrible order fulfillment from any other establishment. They regularly accept orders they cannot fulfill and are constantly out of multiple flavors and toppings. Don’t order from here if you are looking for specific items because you won’t get what you ordered.
This is what a normal scoop of creature creations looks like at this location. Absolutely insane, it used to be a good deal as they gave decent size for $5usd, not anymore, do yourself a favor and go to Walmart right next to this location to get 10 times more of the same ice cream brand for the same price.
The guy with red hair does not know how to properly scoop icecream. He tried giving my daughter half a scoop. I should have followed my first mind and went to Cold Stone. Baskin Robbins is not what it use to be. READ THE REVIEWS because they dont lie. Absolutely horrible service!
