We stood there for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging us—no greeting, no eye contact, nothing—even though there was no line and we politely said “hi” multiple times. When someone finally took our order, it took over another 30 minutes to prepare. We followed up, only to be told they lost our order. No apology, no accountability—just rude behavior and a dismissive attitude. Completely unprofessional and frustrating experience from start to finish.
Me and my family decided to go to Baskin-Robbins for a nice treat and my daughter decided to get a Strawberry Tres-Leches Ice Cream and an older women named Jacklyn was attending to help my daughter pick out what she wanted. My daughter said it very loud and clear of what she wanted but the women didn’t hear it clearly and then my daughter said it a bit more louder but instead of listening to what she was saying she instead decided to get a different flavor of ice cream. Amazing place and the Ice Cream was amazing
I come to buy cake for my daughter and ask Spanish cashier and Person name Syed to ask to write name they refused I will never come back . Pathetic and very bad customer service ! Person on phone don't even care about Custmer asking for help worst place to visit (just lost $200 worth sale
The staff here is extremely rude and unprofessional, they don’t even act like they care for customers. Anything you order from them they will mess it up and not treat it with care because they couldn’t be any less bothered. You are better off going to BR near Kingstowne, where the employees are more professional, until the management here can replace their sorry excuse for staff with at least semi-decent people
