This location is very unprofessional. They first told me they wouldn’t be able to do a photo cake as their printer wasn’t working. I politely asked them to cancel and they said they would. This was from their personal phones btw. Another message came and said they were able to fix the machine but I already ordered at a different location, so I asked them to cancel it again. ordered an ice cream birthday cake online on 3/11/26 and received an email confirmation. printed that out and went to pick up the cake today at the date and time noted on the confirmation. no cake, no explanation and refused to refund what i had paid for the cake. will never order deom Baskin Robbins again. so disappointing for me and my grandson
Went in around 5pm and had to wait almost 10 minutes despite nobody else being in line and only one person at the drive thru. The girl who took our order clearly didn’t want to be there. I wanted a scoop of strawberry and chocolate and was told “theres not enough chocolate to make a scoop.” She just stared and waited—any other place would’ve pulled out a new container.
