Walked in around 5:40pm two employees working and two people in the drive thru, waited about 7 mins for someone to actually ask me what I want. I went to order the featured new biscoff item and the employee tells me that he has only been working there 7 days and the other girl doesn’t know how to make the sundae either. Whoever owns this business needs to train their employees to properly run their business. Do not advertise items or have employees work for you that refuse to make orders. I will not be back.
I wanted to get a two-scoop chocolate sundae here. First, they told me they didn’t have any hot fudge. Then they said they didn’t have any cookie pieces either. I asked them to use caramel sauce instead, but they didn’t have that either. I finally decided to take the chocolate ice cream plain, but it wasn’t even properly frozen and was already melting. Jenna is amazing at helping people!! She quickly told me the list and gave me amazing recommendations!!! I couldn't ever see myself going to another Baskin-Robins!
The people are very nice! 10/10 service!!! I 100% recommend!! If you have time you should totally visit this Baskin-Robbins ™ I also think that the other reviews might be a little outdated, the place is quite clean, the people working there are very nice (a little understaffed but not too bad) great service! The ice cream I'm pretty sure is made almost daily (at least every other day) 100 % recommend, and if you guys don't agree with me that's fine it's your life
Pulled int parking spot in front of the store. A young man was sitting by the counter saw me andvsplit.( obviously a boyfriend) Entered the store. There were 3 employees behind the counter. One looked at me a went to the back room without even acknowledging me. The two other employees continued their task ignoring me. One of them got a notice about a drive thru customer and immediately took their order. I stood there for 5 minutes not being acknowledged in any manner.
