Jenna is amazing at helping people!! She quickly told me the list and gave me amazing recommendations!!! I couldn't ever see myself going to another Baskin-Robins!
The people are very nice! 10/10 service!!! I 100% recommend!! If you have time you should totally visit this Baskin-Robbins ™ I also think that the other reviews might be a little outdated, the place is quite clean, the people working there are very nice (a little understaffed but not too bad) great service! The ice cream I'm pretty sure is made almost daily (at least every other day) 100 % recommend, and if you guys don't agree with me that's fine it's your life
Pulled int parking spot in front of the store. A young man was sitting by the counter saw me andvsplit.( obviously a boyfriend) Entered the store. There were 3 employees behind the counter. One looked at me a went to the back room without even acknowledging me. The two other employees continued their task ignoring me. One of them got a notice about a drive thru customer and immediately took their order. I stood there for 5 minutes not being acknowledged in any manner. Do not order on doordash or Uber. They do NOT have the ingredients they say they do. I had to change 2 of the 3 flavors of ice cream on my banana split, could only get 1 flavor of topping instead of 3. And my daughter had to change both of her flavors she chose and didnt get the pineapple topping we paid extra for. From what I've seen, they have had this issue for months with no plan to fix it. If you want to order ice cream, only order if you plan to go inside the store to see what they have
