I ordered a cake for Valentine’s Day. A conversation heart cake. There was a section for a special message but because it already had a message I left that section blank. My cake was blank, with little resemblance to a heart. It also just did not taste great.i ordered confetti cake and they called later to say they didn’t have it I should have asked for a refund then. I would rate 0 if I could. 1. Extremely young staff with either no training or no willing to work. No leadership staff to step in to help. 2. No inventory control. Nothing that we ordered from the kiosk was available. Machines were aperantly broken. And what staff had ingredients to make, did not know how to make. 3. wait time 20 minutes for completely wrong orders.. priceless... Save money, chose another vendor or location.
Shitty they apparently had no NSA at all and I made an online order and they couldn’t cancel it so I have to go through a whole process to even get my dang money back ridiculous
Terrible service. They will wonder why the stores closes and complain but don't want to work.
