Ice cream was melted/too soft to scoop, no labels, and rude workers. Literally would rather drive to Watkinsville to get ice cream. Don’t even bother coming here.
They waterdown my chocolate milkshake by adding ICE to it! MILKSHAKES have 2 ingredients, ice cream and milk. No water No ice!
I placed an online order for a birthday cake for my daughter's 16th birthday. When I got to the store to get the cake, they didn't have it or any cakes at all. The manager was not sympathetic and just said they were understaffed and my order slipped through the cracks. We will never give them our business again. Dairy Queen it is!
The manager here has such a nasty attitude. I’ve never been so unimpressed with a business. Take the extra time to drive up to Starbucks. Better Customer Service and Better Drinks.
