I can not say enough bad things about this location. Always out of many products and to say the service is slow is an understatement. 4 Employees in the store and I did not see a single one of them for nearly 5 min when I came into the store. I was really about to go back and look for them in case something had happened to them... I have been there 4 times, and 4 times it has been awful.
I ordered a cake for my daughters 12th birthday, and found out the next day that the facility could not accommodate the cake. I was glad that I ordered so early because now I was able to contact Baskin Robbins for a refund. I contacted this store for the manager I had spoken with prior to placing my order online. She had been very helpful prior to my purchase. However, when I called the store this time I found out that she was not available. I’m not sure about the service because I’ve only door dashed it but EVERY time we order I get a call or text from the driver that they are out something or everything. Ordered a triple scoop ( they were out of flavor) and a banana split last night. They were out of bananas, pineapple, no strawberries were put on it either.
