How is it they regularly run out of their chocolate chip mint ice cream?? That’s one of their biggest draws and the last two times I’ve been in they were OUT of it. REALLY!!!!!!
Truly not even 1 star. Workers are lazy and on one occasion told me they were out of mint chocolate chip when in fact they had it in the back and did not want to go back to get it. The last several times I have gone by they say they are out. Consider new management and workers, to try to save this place. Very disappointing.
I called and ordered a cake with Jada 4 days prior to picking up. I got there and they tried gaslighting me for every other reason you can imagine, except for the fact that they forgot to make it. Do not recommend this place, they are rude the manager could care less and they will ruin your kids birthday.
