Amika made our night, we came 15 minutes before close and I couldn't figure out what flavor I wanted, Amika was so understanding and patient and worked with me. I left there satisfied with a new favorite flavor and a smile 😝 ty Amika!!!! I will be coming to this location from now on
Got to Albertsons and get a whole gallon of ice cream and do it yourself. Slowest service I have ever had anywhere. It should not take that long to scoop ice cream.
Hope this place shuts down or has new management take over. Went inside to see what flavors they had because anytime you go to the drive through the employees are always very rude and short with you. I ordered a milk shake with 2 flavors. When leaving took a drink and noticed it was the wrong flavor one of the 2 and when I brought it back the lady who made the drink said that is what I ordered when I was very clear what I had ordered and I know that was not it. I want to preface this review by saying I’m not a person that usually writes reviews and am generally a VERY patient and tolerant individual. That being said, this was the worst customer service I had ever experienced in my life. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My husband and I just wanted a good ice cream sundae, so we made our way down to this location which turned out to be a Dunkin and BR combined location.
