Delivered my ice cream without lid!! Very unsafe to eat and no freshness. If you have no lids, why are you serving products
they let me wait half an hour and then they told me it's out of stock Bad behaviors
They closed the lobby 2 hours early when I used the drive through it took over 20 minutes for them to tell me what I ordered wasn't available how this place is still in business with such incompetent staff is amazing
I was very upset ordering in the drive-through. There was a super unprofessional kid running it who kept quoting a family guy characters. We had to repeat our order 3 times because he was laughing and repeatly saying he's new, when we've seen him there before. Once we got our order, it was no better. We order two single scoope cake cones. The first was dripping a practly melted with no napkin. The second was given to us incorrectly in a cup.
