Love the ice cream. Didn’t appreciate the associate with the poodle hairstyle who made eye contact with me and proceeded to shake her had. I couldn’t decide if I wanted a lid on my ice cream scoop to go. Didn’t mean to annoy you friz-ball. It’s not Dunkin’s fault she’s miserable. But I would’ve given more stars if she just kept it to herself. Thanks.

they let me wait half an hour and then they told me it's out of stock Bad behaviors
They closed the lobby 2 hours early when I used the drive through it took over 20 minutes for them to tell me what I ordered wasn't available how this place is still in business with such incompetent staff is amazing
