Please do not let this one-star review overshadow the excellent service provided by Katie, the manager. When I arrived at the store, I saw Katie managing the drive-thru. Later, she approached and took my order. Over time, I observed her running the entire store alone, doing so efficiently. Just wish the inside of the waffle cones were coated in chocolate to prevent them getting soggy and messy!
The manager is wonderful. The other staff are just as helpful and pleasant. They make custom cakes I’ll be honest we were not sure with the size of a full sheet cake. It really is only 1/4 sheet cake but it’s a custom ice cream cake and was so tasty! It turned out to be plenty ice cream! They are tall and It goes a long ways! The manager was so easy to work with special requests for the cake she was understanding and went above and beyond!
