My first order at this shop was done online for pickup. I’m used to stores allowing drive thru pickup for mobile orders but was informed at pickup that if it’s not through DoorDash or a similar service, I need to pick it up inside. They did give me the order through the drive through and I noted to myself their requirements. Horrible customer service. Walked in nobody greeted us. Stood around for over 5 minutes nobody said a single word to where we ordered or anything. I approached lady with Pink eyebrows and pink hair lady she took our order just continued asking anything else. My mom tried paying with a 100$ bill she just said “NO” firmly. Didn’t give us spoons no instructions of where anything was. Just completely rude and every single person in store stared and ignored us.
