I absolutely love this Baskin Robbins location. Very local and have friendly staff. I have seen the same two young ladies serve me and my kids a couple times, and they both have such positive attitudes. Keep it up!
Most of the time, the ice cream, shakes, and service are excellent. Unfortunately, the last two times I visited about 30 minutes before closing, I was told I couldn't order a milkshake or smoothie. Each time there was a different reason—either the machine was broken, it was already being cleaned, or some other explanation. If milkshakes and smoothies aren't available until closing time, they should be removed from the menu during that period so customers know what to expect. What the..... ?? We got home with the items we ordered, which included a "LAYERED SUNDAE" and I'm like... where's the rest of it at? This what I was charged $9.00 for?? Nah. This was sub-par. I live in the neighborhood and first time stopping in here, ever, on the way home for the evening. It's the last time too. This is pretty wack. I feel like I got half a "Layered Sundae" and paid full price for one. Going to just keep driving right on past this place for the rest of forever. 👎👎
Went to go get ice cream they had ten minutes till closing I wanted one scoop. Open sign was still on they weren’t closed yet but they had locked the doors and wouldn’t serve us. Yall say you close at 10 then really close at 10 and not 9:50.
