Loved how nice the staff was when we were late to pick up our order. They waited for us because they said lots of issues with maps and directions so we finely got to it. Just keep driving down you can't miss it, next to the Goddard School. Great treats and still fresh and cold. Thank you all so much!!!

Awesome service & staff.
The manager of this location has absolutely zero concept of customer service. They make you come in to get a pickup order, they're "not allowed" to hand it to you through the drive-thru. So you have to go in and wait in line behind everyone else. Just go to Handel's. It's three minutes away and they have a manager who understands what the definition of customer service is. Couldn't be more disappointed in the managerial incompetence.
I think the server was dyslexic because she kept repeating my order backwards each and every time. She was messy as well with the chocolate fudge on my brownie sundae I had to convince her to please clean the cup off before handing it to me. She took forever to ring up the order as if she was having memory loss. Both of the servers moved really slow as the store was packed
