Good ice cream, good service…always
Servers seem happy doing their jobs. Patient and friendly. Great variety of flavors!
I ordered the DIY Sundae Kit through UberEATS and I was extremely disappointed. The two included toppings for 2 quarts of ice cream were roughly two spoonfuls each topping and maybe a spoonful of the marshmallow topping. The description also said that there would be cherries and a can of whipped topping....thats a negative. The only reason for me giving them 3 stars instead of 1 is that their prepackaged quart ice cream tastes good.
Really good follow up on my DoorDash order. They were out of a flavor that I had ordered for my daughter. They gave me a call on my cell phone through the DoorDash and asked if I’d like to replace for another flavor . Very good customer service.
If you’re curious why your mobile order is late they actively ignore them.
