I was just here, and on the door it says closed do health department. Do not know if it will be open again.
We love this place. However according to the sign on the door is temporarily closed due to permit issues.
Absolutely worst experience. One of those times I wish they offered negative stars. I ordered an ice cream cake for my son's 8th Birthday. I got a text message less than an hour before the scheduled pickup explaining their health permit had expired and they could not provide the cake. I had to not only scramble to find a replacement but I had to physically go into the store for a refund. How could a business let their permit expire?!?! So unprofessional and upsetting.
I have never seen this shop so filthy. I was shocked! Everything is covered and smeared in what used used to be ice cream. The service was not so good either. The Health Department needs to be notified. Where is the management?
